If walking isn’t your thing but cycling is, then Cycle Fife have some excellent routes for you.
Fife Council has been at the forefront of cycle route development in Scotland with a network of over 350 miles of cycle routes.
The routes are extensively used and are being continuously improved and extended each year thanks to a dedicated team and support from the public.
Cycling is a key priority for Fife Council with issues such as congestion, health and climate change all demonstrating the need for more people to get more exercise and, where possible, to travel actively.
The Cycle Fife website provides helpful advice on bike care and safety, regional news and shares many excellent cycling routes which are free to access. Routes include national cycle ways, easy going trips and off-road trails for those who prefer to get out there on a mountain bike.
The website also provides information on cycling events talking place across the region.
