Fife Walking Club was established in 1990 and provides the opportunity for walkers of all ages and abilities to enjoy a year round programme of guided group walks.
There is at least one walk on almost every weekend in the year and walks are graded so that you can be confident about whether a particular walk will suit you or not.
Fife Walking Club is dedicated to providing the widest possible range of opportunities for people who enjoy spending their time out of doors enjoying all that the countryside has to offer. Some of the best walking in Scotland, for people of all abilities, is within their range.
Exploring Fife, Scotland and beyond…
The club operates in an area bounded by the Angus Glens and the Southern Cairngorms to the North, the Border Hills to the South, the Ochils to the West and the Fife Coastal Path to the East.
This area provides every grade of walk from gentle coastal or low level country walks up to strenuous Munros and long distance mountain treks.
The club has about 100 members at present and welcomes guests so if you would like to come out with them to see if they offer what you are looking for just turn up at the walk starting point ready to walk.
Guests are welcome
Guests should ensure that they have suitable clothing and footwear for the grade of walk chosen together with adequate food and drink for a day walk.
If you would like advice or more information contact the Walk Leader or the Walks Convener through their website.
