Calais Muir Woods is a small woodland located in the Duloch area of Dunfermline.

This walking route takes walkers around the woodland and also takes in the surrounding park land.

The route begins at a siding near the Amazon building but it can be started at any point. This starting point offers a small number of parking spaces.

The route begins proper on entering the wood. The paths are often very muddy and not suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs and those with limited walking ability.

The path snakes its way through the wood until it reaches the park land. The park offers a nice place to picnic and also has a play park for the younger explorer. The route cuts through the park and takes it way back into the edge of the woodland for your return to the start point.

The woodland is best walked through in the spring and summer months but it does offer some nice autumn views.
