This walking route begins in the small public car park just on the edge of Low Valleyfield.
A lovely walk, though the breakwater can be a bit chilly even on a nice day.
Leaving the car park, you head along the old railway line towards Culross with the option of a meadow walk possible too (same outcome).
Then its along the breakwater enjoying the views on the Forth. Onward inland to the old ruins of the Salt productions and 'Floating Bobs' legacy. with interesting signs and information at the site. Finally following the path back round the inlet looking back over to Torryburn, through the small wooded area past a couple of gates then back to the carpark.
There is plenty of seating along the route and the paths are well kept so even on poor weather they don't pose a challenge.
